Mass Transfer and Seperation : Mass Transfer Operations by Robert.E.Treybal is ok for most of the units. For 1st and Last units Transport Process and Unit Operations by Geankoplis is good.
Environmental Studies : Same as that in your syllabus Book.
Instrumental Methods of Analysis : For Unit II Microbiology by Precsott, Harley and Klein is good. For Unit III and Unit VII you can Refer to Bioseperations by Shivashankar, PHI publications.

Molecular Biology: Molecular Biology by David Friefelder.
Engineering Physics : I have no idea about this subject.
Bioprocess Engineering : Shule and Kargi plus Stanbury is good for this subject.
Im Just providing the text books that give you the basics of the subject. they may not cover each and every topic in the syllabus. You may have to search in the internet or other books; mostly i will post them in my blog itself. If you dont get them in my Blog you search in the other alternatives.
